Bank statements are sensitive. Here is plainly how we handle your data when you convert a statement with Bank Statement Scanner.

Encrypted in transit

Every upload and download happens over HTTPS (TLS). Your statement data is encrypted between your browser and our servers.

Incognito mode

Process a statement without saving it to your account. In incognito mode your file and its extracted data are not retained after your session.

You control retention

Saved jobs stay in your account until you delete them. Request full deletion of your data at any time by emailing our team.

Payments handled by Stripe

We never see or store your card number. All billing is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider.

Minimal data collection

We collect what is needed to run the service and nothing more. What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Your files, your export

Extracted data is yours to export as CSV or Excel. The original PDF remains your system of record; we help you produce the structured copy.
